Each item is carefully crafted. Minor variations are natural and not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- It remains unused and in original packaging
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours and include:
- Order number
- Photos showing the issue
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or altered
- Custom or personalized orders
- Wholesale purchases (unless defective)
- Natural wood variations
Refunds
After inspection of returned items:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
